At BMSG Group, we are committed to providing high-quality consultancy services and ensuring that our clients receive value from every engagement. Each meeting, consultation, or service package is prepared with tailored research and insights specific to the client’s business needs.
Refund Policy -
Because of the nature of consultancy work and the resources invested prior to each session, all payments made for meetings, consultations, or services are non-refundable. Once a booking is confirmed and payment is processed, clients are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
In cases where a client needs to reschedule a confirmed session, we allow adjustments provided notice is given at least 48 hours before the scheduled meeting time. Any missed or canceled sessions without proper notice will be considered forfeited.
